Heavy Equipment & Plant Operators – Multiple Positions Saudi Nationals | Dammam Salary upto 7,425 SAR per month + standard company benefits We are supporting a well-established Saudi group headquartered in Dammam with a major expansion of its Saudi workforce. The Group currently employs approximately 4,000 people and has ambitious plans to grow to around 10,000 employees over the next five years. As part of this growth, we are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment & Plant Operators across multiple equipment categories. Positions Available We are interested in Saudi operators with experience across: • Crane Operations • Forklift Operations • Excavators • Bulldozers / Dozers • Wheel Loaders • Motor Graders • JCB / Backhoe Loaders • Bobcat / Skid-Steer Loaders • Rollers / Compactors • Telehandlers / Telescopic Forklifts • Manlifts / MEWPs • Other Heavy Equipment / Specialist Operator positions Candidates will be assessed and matched to the most appropriate position based on their equipment experience, licence/certification and level of competency. What We're Looking For • Saudi national – mandatory • Previous hands-on experience operating the relevant heavy equipment or plant • Valid operator licence/certificate relevant to the equipment operated • Good understanding of pre-operational inspections and basic equipment checks • Strong awareness of HSE and safe operating procedures • Ability to work within site and operational environments • Willing and able to work in Dammam • Able to provide copies of relevant operator licences and certificates Experience operating equipment within construction, heavy equipment, oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure or major project environments would be advantageous. Salary & Benefits Up to approximately SAR 7,425 per month total package, depending on the specific equipment category, experience and licences/certifications held.
