Job: Project Finance Manager – Technology Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Banking & Financial Services A leading regional bank is seeking a Project Finance Manager to manage financial governance and reporting across its bank-wide technology and transformation projects, working closely with the Head of Technology and the Transformation Office. Responsibilities: • Drive financial reporting for all bank-wide technology projects, including data collation, variance analysis, dashboards and senior management presentations. • Review business cases, executive summaries and CapEx proposals to ensure they are financially robust and aligned with internal standards. • Manage technology budgets across business functions, and flag cost overruns and under- or non-utilisation to management. • Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance to ensure timely capitalisation of projects and accurate recording of fixed assets. • Validate GL coding and chargeability in Oracle iProcurement, and close unused LPOs at project closure. • Support the Annual CapEx Planning exercise with Technology and Business leads, and maintain SOP and RCSA documentation. • Ensure stage-gate compliance under the project financial framework and escalate risks to senior leadership. Requirements: • 7–12 years of banking experience managing the financials and reporting of multiple technology projects. • Master's in Finance/Accounting, CA or MBA (Finance). • Strong understanding of project and programme management and technology projects. • Strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial and project tools (Oracle experience is an advantage). • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluent English.
