Its flagship product, Pulse by Feoda, is a financial planning and analysis platform that replaces spreadsheet-heavy processes with a structured environment for budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and financial analysis. Pulse uses models aligned with how schools plan and operate, supported by AI to help finance teams analyze information and reach decisions more quickly. The company works with schools across Australia, the Middle East, and other international markets to help finance teams spend less time managing systems and more time on strategic financial decision-making. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Arabic reading and writing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to design high-quality marketing creatives for Arabic-speaking audiences and ensure that Arabic text, typography, and layout are visually accurate and professional. This is a full-time remote role for someone who can create strong visual designs, follow brand guidelines, use modern design tools, and work independently. The role is mainly focused on graphic design, with Arabic language skills required to support accurate design execution for Arabic content. Key Responsibilities • Design social media creatives, digital ads, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, website graphics, and other marketing materials. • Create visually appealing designs for Arabic-speaking audiences. • Ensure Arabic text placement, typography, spacing, and right-to-left layout are accurate and professional. • Work with provided Arabic content and adapt it into strong visual designs. • Create original designs from scratch based on campaign briefs and brand guidelines. • Use AI tools for design brainstorming, mood boards, references, and creative idea generation. • Refine AI-assisted ideas into polished, brand-aligned designs. • Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, fonts, and visual style across all creatives. • Resize and adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, emailers, and ads. • Create simple short-form product or explainer videos of around 30 to 60 seconds when required. • Edit basic videos using screen recordings, text, graphics, music, and simple transitions. • Collaborate with the marketing team and deliver designs within timelines. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital ads, branding, or marketing design work. • Ability to read and write Arabic. • Strong understanding of Arabic typography and right-to-left design layouts. • Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms. • Ability to create original designs from scratch, not only edit templates or AI-generated outputs. • Good understanding of layout, color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to use AI tools for creative brainstorming and design references. • Basic video editing skills for short product or explainer videos. • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Good communication and time-management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience designing for GCC, Middle Eastern, or Arabic-speaking audiences. • Experience with social media creatives and performance marketing ads. • Knowledge of motion graphics or simple animation. • Familiarity with product marketing or SaaS creatives. • Experience working with brand guidelines.
