Graphic Designer SVN — Kuwait Department: Sales & Marketing Employment type: Full-time Location: Kuwait Key Responsibilities • Design social media content (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels) for SVN and each of its facilities • Create marketing materials: event and workshop posters, class schedules, menus, flyer, brochures and signage • Follow SVN's brand guidelines and existing templates, keeping all designs consistent with the brand's look and feel • Design assets for campaigns, promotions, memberships and seasonal events • Prepare visuals for the website, email campaigns and paid ads • Support photo shoots with creative direction and handle photo retouching when needed • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure deliverable meet brand standards • Manage multiple requests across facilities, prioritizing and meeting deadlines • Organize and maintain design files, templates and brand asset libraries • Support the team with events and workshops when needed, including on-site setup, coordination and content capture Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, wellness or F&B • Strong portfolio showing clean, refined and versatile design work • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Canva and Figma are a plus • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere or CapCut) is an advantage • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color and social media formats • Bilingual design ability (English and Arabic) is a strong plus • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field Who You Are • Respectful, professional and courteous with colleagues, management and guests • A true team player who collaborates openly and supports others • Calm and positive under pressure, with a solution-focused attitude • Receptive to feedback and able to handle revisions gracefully • Disciplined in following brand guidelines, with the judgment to stay creative within them • Reliable, organized and committed to deadlines • Creative, with a genuine eye for detail and quality What We Offer • A dynamic role across a variety of facilities and brands • A supportive, collaborative team environment • The opportunity to shape the visual identity of a leading lifestyle destination in Kuwait • Competitive salary and benefits How to Apply Send your CV and portfolio to [email protected] with the subject line "Graphic Designer".
