Role Description The Physics Teacher (In Person - Khalifa City A) will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned physics lessons to secondary-level students in an on-site classroom setting in Abu Dhabi. This part-time role involves planning and implementing lessons, explaining complex physics concepts in a clear and accessible manner, and integrating relevant mathematics to support understanding. The teacher will assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with other educators as needed, and supporting students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Qualifications • Strong subject knowledge in Physics, with the ability to make concepts understandable and relevant. • Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including creating structured, engaging, and outcomes-focused lesson plans. • Competence in Mathematics to support physics instruction and problem-solving activities. • Demonstrated Teaching skills, including classroom management, student engagement, and differentiated instruction. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a closely related field. • Prior experience teaching physics or related subjects, preferably in a school or tutoring environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with students from diverse backgrounds. • Commitment to student-centered learning, continuous improvement, and professional development.
