Sales Manager – Middle East Location: Dubai, UAE (with frequent regional travel). Position: Full-time, Permanent. Package: Attractive salary, bonus plan and relocation assistance. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a global security systems manufacturer and lead a dedicated, high-performing sales team. My client is an international powerhouse in the security sector, looking to appoint a high-calibre Sales Manager to take the reins of their Middle East and Africa (MEA) operations. Based out of their Dubai hub, this senior role grants you the platform to lead a dedicated, high-performing sales team. Applicants must be fluent in Arabic, have a strong network across the Middle East security systems sector (this could be CCTV, Access Control etc) and have experience leading high performing teams. We are open to applications from candidates not currently based in the UAE. How You Will Make an Impact • Empower a High-Performing Team: Leading a regional team of sales and pre-sales professionals across the UAE and the wider Middle East, you will coach, mentor, and build a culture of accountability and success. • Shape Regional Strategy: You will own the MEA sales roadmap and P&L. From setting targets to accurate forecasting, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across the territory. • Deepen Market Connections: In time you will help to nurture long-term partnerships with system integrators, developers, and consultants, as well as representing the business at major events like Intersec. • Drive Complex Deals: While this is a leadership role, you remain a hands-on commercial champion—navigating full sales cycles, collaborating with internal technical teams, and personally securing our largest contract wins. The Profile We Are Looking For • You are fully bilingual in Arabic and English • Security sector experience: You have a strong background in electronic security (such as access control, CCTV, intrusion, or smart-building technology) and understand how to sell premium manufacturing brands via channel models. • Proven Leadership: You bring proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a background that includes managing a team of sales professionals. • Deep Regional Network: You possess an active network of key decision makers. These could include systems integrators, security consultants, specifiers, and developers, specifically within the UAE and GCC markets. • Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly organized and comfortable using CRMs like Salesforce to track pipeline metrics and manage performance. What’s in It for You? • True Ownership: The autonomy to run the MEA region like your own business, backed by the stability and resources of a global brand portfolio. • Growth Environment: A collaborative, dynamic workplace based in Dubai, focused on a rapidly expanding industry. • Rewards: A highly competitive executive salary, a rewarding performance-based incentive scheme, and a premium benefits package.
