Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist Confidential Healthcare Company – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) 📍 Location: Riyadh 🩺 Services: Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Radiotherapy, Clinics & Home Care About the Role A leading healthcare company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior RCM Specialist to support and optimize the full revenue cycle across a multidisciplinary outpatient medical facility. The role focuses on accurate billing, claims processing, insurance coordination, payer compliance, denial management, and improving overall revenue cycle performance. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end RCM operations: registration, coding, billing, claims, collections & reporting. • Ensure compliance with CCHI, NHIC/Nafis, and payer requirements. • Manage insurance relationships and pre-authorization processes. • Oversee coding accuracy using ICD-10 and CPT. • Reduce claim denials, improve clean-claim rates, and optimize AR days. • Prepare RCM performance reports and provide insights to management. • Support and guide billing, claims, insurance, and approvals teams. • Coordinate RCM activities across imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy, and clinic services. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or a related field. • 5–7 years of RCM experience within healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia. • Strong hands-on experience with Saudi insurance companies. • Strong knowledge of CCHI, NHIC/Nafis requirements and medical coding standards. • Experience with HIS, RIS, or LIS systems. • Outpatient healthcare experience is highly preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
