Mathematics Teacher

Role Description: The role involves planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the American curriculum for the assigned grade levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core mathematical concepts, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school activities, communicate regularly with families about student performance, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes creating a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, problem-solving, and respect for diverse learning styles. Qualifications • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics • Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development within an American or similar international curriculum. • Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification or licensure. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, or a closely related field. • Prior classroom teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural school setting. • Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to enhance instruction and assessment. • Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills with learners, families, and colleagues. • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and ongoing professional development.
