SEC approved Project Manager is preferred Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilization to energization and handover. • Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and material requirements. • Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones. • Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. • Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with SEC/NG-SEC standards, quality, and HSE requirements. • Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization. • Drive effective stakeholder management and client relationships. • Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and final handover. • Experience in EPC 380kV TL Projects within Saudi Arabia. • Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects. • Strong track record in delivering substation civil works safely, within budget, and on schedule. • Immediate availability and transferable iqama will be an added advantage.
