Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending actions. • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company policies. • Coordinate with Yokogawa factories and global operations teams for order execution. • Track manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments. • Follow up on production status, lead times, and shipment readiness. • Expedite critical orders to meet customer delivery requirements. • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment execution • Address order-related customer inquiries professionally and promptly. • Support commercial teams in achieving customer delivery commitments. • Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Qualification And Experience • Degree in Engineering. Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical. • Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered. • Driving license will be added advantage. Competencies • Analytical problem-solving skills • Customer-focused approach • Willingness to learn and contribute. • Attention to Detail Skills • Knowledge of engineering products and industrial automation systems. • Understanding of order execution and supply chain processes • Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications. • Good communication and writing skills in English as well as Arabic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
