Role Description The Pre Post Sales Engineer is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah. This role involves supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities such as understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing solution recommendations for retail and industrial technology. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to clarify technical needs, assisting with system configuration, and ensuring smooth implementation and handover. Post-sales responsibilities focus on delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, training end users, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Pre Post Sales Engineer collaborates with internal teams and global technology partners to ensure solutions are accurately deployed and optimized over time.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills to analyze customer needs, design solutions, and support the sales cycle.
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills to resolve issues, guide users, and maintain high service quality.
- Effective Communication skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of retail technology, industrial equipment, or Auto-ID/RFID systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, and travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software solutions; familiarity with POS, labeling, and warehouse systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
