Senior Developer & Project Manager – Digital Twin

This is a hybrid technical leadership role. You must have hands-on software development experience AND proven experience executing Digital Twin projects. • Pure project managers with no coding background will be rejected. • Developers with no Digital Twin experience will be rejected. The Role: We are looking for a heavy-hitting technologist who can bridge the gap between code and client. You will lead Digital Twin initiatives from technical architecture through to hands-on implementation, managing developers, 3D teams, and vendors while presenting solutions directly to senior stakeholders. What You Will Do: • Lead Digital Twin projects spanning Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, IoT, BMS, and AI Analytics. • Design solution architecture, integration strategies, and project blueprints. • Stay hands-on in the code, troubleshooting complex integration or AI/ML bottlenecks. • Manage cross-functional teams (3D, AI, API, infrastructure) and coordinate third-party vendor integrations. • Lead customer workshops, technical demonstrations, and handover processes. Technical Profile Required: You must possess a strong hands-on development background with deep expertise in either Backend Architecture or AI/ML (or both): • Backend & Integration: Extensive experience with REST APIs, middleware, database architecture, real-time data pipelines, and linking Digital Twin platforms with external enterprise systems. • AI & Data Analytics: Proven ability in Computer Vision, LLM/Generative AI integration, predictive modeling, and building AI APIs within operational environments. • Digital Twin Ecosystems: Practical exposure to 3D Digital Twins, IoT, Smart Buildings/Cities, Facilities Management, or Command & Control Platforms.
