• • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• • Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance.
• • Resolve project issues and escalate major risks to management.
• • Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, security, and quality requirements.
• • Drive process improvement and effective project management practices.
