This opportunity is suitable for finance professionals with strong hotel accounting experience who can manage financial operations, reporting, controls, and accounting team activities within a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidate will oversee accounting functions, support financial planning, ensure compliance with UAE accounting practices, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Candidates with previous 5-star hotel experience and knowledge of Marriott systems will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping. • Oversee month-end closing activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, internal controls, and financial procedures. • Review financial statements, reports, and accounting records for accuracy. • Manage and support accounting team members while ensuring efficient workflow. • Monitor hotel finance operations and maintain strong financial controls. • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making. • Ensure proper utilization and management of hotel accounting systems and processes.
