National Team coach

(Épée, Foil, and Sabre) Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam Role Summary The Saudi Fencing Federation is seeking qualified Fencing National Team Coaches to join its technical team across the three weapons: Épée, Foil, and Sabre. The role focuses on athlete development and preparing competitive athletes for national and international competitions. Responsibilities Plan and deliver structured training programs and sessions. Develop athletes’ technical, tactical, and physical performance. Monitor and evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare athletes for national and international competitions. Collaborate with technical and coaching teams to achieve the Federation’s objectives. Qualifications Previous coaching experience in Épée, Foil, or Sabre. Recognized fencing coaching certification or relevant professional qualification. Strong knowledge of fencing rules and technical standards. Experience working in a competitive sporting environment. • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. (سلاح سيف الإيبيه، الفلوريه، والسابر) الموقع: الرياض، جدة، الدمام نبذة عن الوظيفة يعلن الاتحاد السعودي للمبارزة عن حاجته إلى مدربي منتخب وطني للمبارزة للانضمام إلى الجهاز الفني في الأسلحة الثلاثة: الإيبيه، الفلوريه، والسابر. تركز الوظيفة على تطوير مستوى اللاعبين وإعدادهم للمشاركة في المنافسات المحلية والدولية وتحقيق أفضل أداء تنافسي. المسؤوليات • إعداد وتنفيذ برامج ووحدات تدريبية منظمة ومتخصصة. • تطوير الأداء الفني والتكتيكي والبدني للاعبين. • متابعة وتقييم أداء اللاعبين وتقديم الملاحظات والتوجيهات التطويرية. • إعداد اللاعبين للمشاركة في البطولات والمنافسات المحلية والدولية. • التعاون مع الأجهزة الفنية والتدريبية لتحقيق أهداف الاتحاد وتطوير مستوى المنتخبات الوطنية. المؤهلات • خبرة سابقة في تدريب أحد أسلحة المبارزة: الإيبيه، الفلوريه، أو السابر. • الحصول على شهادة معترف بها في تدريب المبارزة أو مؤهل مهني ذي صلة. • معرفة قوية بقوانين المبارزة والمعايير الفنية المعتمدة. • خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئة رياضية تنافسية. • مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة والعمل الجماعي.
