Structural Engineering Discipline Leadership • Lead the structural engineering team across assigned projects. • Allocate structural engineering activities to engineers, senior engineers, and structural designers based on project priorities, workload, and competence. • Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support to structural engineering team members. • Review workload and resource requirements and report requirements to management. • Monitor structural design productivity, deliverable progress, and project milestones. • Ensure consistent structural design standards, engineering principles, and technical practices are implemented across projects. • Support recruitment, technical interviews, and assessment of structural engineering candidates when required. • Support professional development and competency improvement within the structural engineering team. • Establish and maintain high standards of structural engineering quality, safety, and documentation. • Lead technical discussions and resolve complex structural engineering issues. • Provide engineering guidance on structural systems, materials, analysis methodologies, and constructability. 2.
