House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO provides integrated engineering, planning, and consultancy services, delivering a “one-stop solution” for clients across all stages of project development. The firm is involved in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare projects throughout Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join our team in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors. Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance. • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions • Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training. • Monitor contractors and subcontractors’ compliance with HSE requirements. • Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and safety equipment. • Prepare HSE inspection reports and track corrective actions. • Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors. • Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs. • Participate in HSE and project meetings. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. • NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification is preferred. • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience. • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices Show more Show less
