Assistant General Manager (EPC Experience is must)

Al Bahr Al Arabi Group is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence, project delivery, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and strategic planning Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards Oversee engineering, procurement, contracts, and site execution activities Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulations Mentor department heads and foster a high-performance culture Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field [10+] years of experience in EPC, construction, or a related industry, including [3–5] years in a senior management role Proven track record in project management, P&L oversight, and team leadership Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills Knowledge of the [UAE/GCC] market is an advantage Fluency in English, Show more Show less
