Role Description The Director at iCraft Technologies is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing overall business operations, strategy, and organizational growth. The person in this role will lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and ensure that projects and services meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Daily activities include reviewing business performance metrics, guiding department heads, making data-informed decisions, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Director will also drive business development initiatives, identify market opportunities, and support talent development through mentoring, hiring, and workforce planning. Collaboration with senior leadership on long-term planning, risk management, and process improvement will be a core part of the role. Qualifications • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Experience in the technology or IT services sector, with a solid understanding of project delivery, product development, or solution implementation. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve processes, and implement best practices for operational efficiency. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. • Track record of successful business development, account management, or revenue growth initiatives. • Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with a hands-on approach to team collaboration and day-to-day operations.
