Requirements • 2+ years of experience in system administration, infrastructure monitoring, NOC/duty operations, technical support, or a related technical role. • Confident Linux command-line skills, including connecting to systems through SSH/VPN, navigating hosts, and executing Bash scripts. • Hands-on user-level experience with Zabbix and Grafana, including working with metrics, hosts, host groups, and dashboards. • Solid understanding of monitoring fundamentals and basic infrastructure troubleshooting. • Experience using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, documentation, and team collaboration. • Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule, including a standard 5/2 schedule with 8-hour shifts and 2/2 day-and-night shifts when covering for the primary duty administrator. • English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with sufficient communication skills to collaborate with an international technical team. • Strong attention to detail and a responsible, reliable approach to operational work. • Ability to follow established procedures while remaining capable of identifying issues and escalating them appropriately. • Willingness to learn, develop technical expertise, and take increasing ownership of monitoring and infrastructure operations. Benefits • Fully remote, full-time work opportunity. • Initial compensation level or salary range shared with candidates during the recruitment process before employment begins. • 28 calendar days of vacation per year. • 7 wellness days per year for personal, household, or recovery needs. • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations. • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and industry events. • Corporate discounts for English-language lessons. • Health benefits, including reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross per year per employee for eligible employees who are not covered by corporate medical insurance, usable toward private health insurance or eligible medical expenses for themselves and close relatives. • Workplace setup support, including equipment and workspace provisions through offices or coworking locations, with reimbursement of eligible workplace costs of up to $1,000 gross once every three years in other locations. • Internal gamified recognition program where colleagues can award bonuses that can be exchanged for merchandise, team-building activities, massage certificates, and other rewards. • Opportunity to work with an international, distributed technical team and gain practical experience across monitoring, infrastructure, and incident response.
