As a Human Resources Executive, you’re not just supporting the daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Support daily HR operations: Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations • Enhance team member engagement: Help coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture • Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records, and generate reports on key HR metrics • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment • Support the HR Manager in leading the HR function and delivering an exceptional Team Member experience. • Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and talent development. • Drive effective onboarding, performance management, learning, and development initiatives. • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. • Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support business and people decisions. • Lead Team Member engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen the workplace culture. • Act on behalf of the HR Manager when required and ensure continuity of HR operations.
