Head of Logistics (Infrastructures)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Logistics (Infrastructure) to oversee the long-term maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of building infrastructure, utility systems and office facilities for a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar. Location: Qatar Position: Head of Logistics (Infrastructure) Industry: Oil & Gas / Infrastructure Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics. 10 years’ experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/ service/vendor personnel.. Key Responsibilities: Manage the long-term operation, maintenance and performance of building infrastructure and utility systems. Ensure the reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply and building automation systems. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Conduct facility inspections and condition assessments. Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans. Propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations and capital improvement projects. Maintain accurate asset, maintenance and technical records. Ensure infrastructure operations comply with applicable regulations, standards and company requirements. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Candidates with relevant infrastructure, facilities management and maintenance leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
