About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Control Department. Key Responsibilities: • Review and prepare client variation orders, including cost implications and supporting documentation. • Review and assess subcontractor variations and payment certificates. • Prepare and review monthly client interim payment applications based on contract terms and actual work progress. • Follow up on variations, payments, and variation notices with the relevant stakeholders. • Review and prepare monthly subcontractor payment certificates, including remeasurement of works under applicable subcontract agreements. • Prepare contractual and commercial correspondence for Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors. • Prepare and compile final accounts for clients and subcontractors. • Identify, analyze, and develop appropriate responses to commercial risks. • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Planning, Quality, Estimation, and Construction departments on commercial matters. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to variations, payments, and final accounts. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or commercial management, preferably within building construction projects. • Strong experience in variations, interim payment applications, subcontractor payment certificates, remeasurement, and final accounts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost control/ERP systems, preferably ePROMIS and CCS Candy. • Good knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry standards. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or commercial management, preferably within building construction projects.

Strong experience in variations, interim payment applications, subcontractor payment certificates, remeasurement, and final accounts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost control/ERP systems, preferably ePROMIS and CCS Candy.

Good knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
