Cost Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, tendering, and government projects, along with practical experience working with the Etimad Platform. Requirements • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and tendering. • Strong experience with government projects and tenders. • Practical experience using the Etimad Platform. • Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating technical and financial offers. • Excellent knowledge of BOQ analysis, quantity take-offs, and pricing. • Good understanding of material, labor, equipment, and project execution costs. • Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing analysis. • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. • Previous experience in the construction and contracting industry. • Egyptian nationality is preferred.
