About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Governance & Performance Manager to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in Supply Chain governance, policies and procedures, performance management, KPI frameworks, and Business Intelligence. Key areas of experience: • Supply Chain governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and process optimization • Development and implementation of KPIs and performance management frameworks • Performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting • Business Intelligence, dashboards, and data visualization • Translating operational data into actionable insights • Identifying performance gaps and driving continuous improvement • Preparing management and executive-level reports • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Candidate profile: • 7–9 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations • Proven experience in governance and performance management • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Good understanding of BI tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
