CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER – DUBAI

Sharif Eye Centers is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the operations of our eye center in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the eye center and ensure smooth patient flow. •⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams. •⁠ ⁠Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow, and KPIs. •⁠ ⁠Manage doctors’ schedules, staffing, and resource utilization. •⁠ ⁠Ensure full compliance with Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with medical, HR, finance, marketing, and other departments. •⁠ ⁠Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. •⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. •⁠ ⁠Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.
