About the role: To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures Key responsibilities: • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. • Identify and assess operational risks, supporting the development and execution of QSHE initiatives to mitigate potential business impacts. • Conduct internal audits across regional operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters. • Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices. • Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Diploma in Food Science, Health & Safety, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS), or Environmental Management Systems (EMS), preferably within the dairy or FMCG industry. • Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP principles, with experience supporting their implementation and compliance activities.
