Signage & Wayfinding Senior Specialist

Role Summary We are seeking a Signage & Wayfinding Senior Specialist to lead the design, production, and installation of signage and wayfinding systems for large-scale events, exhibitions, and venue activations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless visitor navigation and brand presence across high-profile venues and activations in the Riyadh Region. Key Responsibilities • Plan, design, and oversee the production of signage and wayfinding systems for events, exhibitions, and activations • Coordinate with venue operations teams to ensure signage placement supports crowd flow and visitor experience • Manage end-to-end production timelines, from concept through installation and dismantling • Collaborate with branding and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency across all signage assets • Conduct site surveys and venue walkthroughs to identify optimal signage and dressing requirements • Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and installation crews to ensure quality and timely delivery • Troubleshoot on-site signage and wayfinding issues during live events and activations Required Skills • Strong knowledge of signage production, materials, and installation methods • Expertise in wayfinding principles and venue navigation planning • Experience in event operations, exhibitions, and activations • Understanding of branding guidelines and visual merchandising standards • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live event environments Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Design, Events Management, Marketing, or related field preferred • Proven track record delivering signage and wayfinding solutions for large-scale events or venues • Strong portfolio demonstrating signage, dressing, and branding projects • Familiarity with local Saudi Arabia venue and event regulations is an advantage Experience Requirement • 5+ years of experience in event operations, signage production, or venue-related environments • Demonstrated experience managing wayfinding and dressing projects for exhibitions, activations, or comparable transferable event settings Location / Work Mode Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia — On-site Duration: ASAP until Feb - March 2027 Salary / Benefits • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards • Benefits in line with Saudi Arabia labor regulations • Opportunity to work on high-profile events and activations within the region Show more Show less
