Project Manager (Digital Assets)

• Opportunity to join a digital bank in the UAE and work on projects within the evolving Digital Assets space • Hybrid Project Management + Business Analysis role with end-to-end project involvement • Dubai-based opportunity offering valuable international and Middle East banking exposure We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Dubai, supporting projects within the Digital Assets space. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable managing projects end-to-end while also taking on Business Analysis responsibilities when required. Professionals based across Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, the wider Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East are welcome to apply. [Mandarin proficiency is required due to the needs of the assigned client portfolio] Key Responsibilities: • Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables • Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans • Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews • Perform hands-on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders • Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking The ideal candidate should be/have: • 6 to 8 years of Project Management or related experience • Digital Assets experience is essential • Strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities • PMP / PRINCE2 or other relevant Project Management certification • Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player • Comfortable taking on both PM and BA responsibilities in a hands-on environment If you have strong Project Management experience within Digital Assets / Blockchain / Crypto / related financial technology environments and are interested in exploring an opportunity in Dubai, we would be keen to hear from you!
