QA Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)

Execute automated regression test suites and hands-on manual testing to ensure platform stability, multi-tenant isolation, localization (RTL Arabic/English), and performance quality across build, deployment, and operational phases. What you'll do • Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts (Playwright/TypeScript for front-end UI and RSpec request specs for GraphQL API) within the CI/CD pipeline. • Perform multi-tenant isolation testing, verifying row-level access control, data boundaries, and API authorization rules to prevent cross-tenant data leakage. • Execute Arabic RTL and localization testing, including UI layout mirroring, bidirectional text with mixed Arabic/Latin content, Hijri and Gregorian dates, and report/PDF output accuracy. • Conduct functional, regression, and smoke testing for new features, bug fixes, and system integrations. • Perform accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines using automated tools (axe-core in CI) and manual keyboard/screen-reader passes. • Support performance and load testing execution using tools like k6 or JMeter to ensure API endpoints and UI actions meet latency targets. • Own defect lifecycle management: reporting defects with clear reproduction steps, verifying bug fixes, performing root-cause triage with engineering teams, and tracking resolution SLAs. • Draft, maintain, and execute bilingual test plans and test scenarios for core platform modules and client workflows. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, preparing test data and environment setups for client evaluation sessions. • And all responsibilities given by the direct manager. What we look for • 1–3 years hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation on enterprise web applications or SaaS platforms. • Hands-on experience writing and executing automated tests using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium, Cypress, or similar modern test automation frameworks. • Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Bruno, or code-based API test suites) and GraphQL/REST API architecture. • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and writing SQL queries for test data setup and verification. • Professional Arabic and English — capable of testing Arabic UI content, validating RTL formatting, and handling bilingual documentation. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or GitLab CI) and Git version control. • Experience in, or genuine comfort working in, a fast-paced startup environment: self-managed time, adapting to changing priorities, following tasks through, and delivering on short timelines when needed. • Comfortable working with AI tools and able to use them effectively to lift your productivity and the quality of your work — Claude Code and other relevant AI-powered tools. • Preferred — ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent demonstrated testing depth. • Preferred — Exposure to performance testing tools (k6, JMeter). • Preferred — Prior QA experience with IP management, legal technology, or document-heavy enterprise systems. • Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
