The Role We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into content that stops the scroll, drives engagement, and has the potential to go viral organically. You should be someone who doesn't simply follow trends — you understand why they work and know how to adapt them for brands. What We’re Looking For • Strong organic content creation skills with a clear understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging. • Excellent Reels editing skills, including transitions, moving objects, animations, motion graphics, effects, and creative visual storytelling. • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social formats. • Excellent awareness of current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, memes, and content mechanics. • Hands-on AI experience is a must — using AI tools to create, edit, enhance, generate, and optimize content. • Strong creative instinct and the ability to identify what will perform — and why. • A passion for testing, experimenting, and trying new content formats and ideas. • Ability to transform a simple concept into high-impact social content. • Strong attention to detail, speed, and willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll Stand Out If You Think in Reels and TikToks, not just static posts. Know how to create a strong hook in the first 1–3 seconds. Constantly experiment with new AI and editing tools. Can turn trends into original brand content. Understand retention, engagement, shares, saves, and reach — not just likes.
