Financial Analyst

Role Summary Seeking a Financial Accounting / Budgeting professional with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a local/Gulf bank or financial institution. The candidate will support financial accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and related finance activities. Key Responsibilities • Support financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. • Prepare and analyze financial data, budgets, management reports, and variance analysis. • Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and account reconciliations. • Monitor budget utilization and investigate budget vs. actual variances. • Support financial planning and provide accurate financial information to management. • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, accounting standards, and banking procedures. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate financial information. • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Mandatory Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. • 3+ years of experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, or related finance functions. • CMA certification – Mandatory. • Banking or financial institution experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with a local/Gulf bank. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills. • Professional appearance and demeanor.
