Product Team Lead

We are HIRING!!! Looking for an experienced Product Lead who can take ownership of digital products end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy through discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation • Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities • Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture and data teams • Lead and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners across multiple initiatives • Use customer insights, analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions • Manage complex senior stakeholders and align teams around a common product vision Skills ✔ Proven ownership of large-scale digital or customer-facing products ✔ Strong background in product strategy, roadmaps, discovery and prioritisation ✔ Experience partnering closely with design and technology teams ✔ Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX and data-driven product development ✔ Experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Reach out to [email protected] for discussion!!!
