Role Purpose: Develop and produce engaging digital content for our restaurant brands, from concept and photography through editing and delivery. Support marketing activity across restaurant systems and delivery platforms while working within approved budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop fresh, relevant, and original ideas for social media content. • Photograph and film food, products, and restaurant activities using appropriate cameras, lighting, and other equipment. • Edit photos and videos for publication across digital platforms. • Plan and produce content within the approved budget, making effective use of available resources. • Coordinate with branch and Operations teams to arrange shoots and obtain accurate product information. • Support content updates on restaurant platforms and improve product presentation on delivery apps. • Review content performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Qualifications and Experience: • Qualification in Marketing or a related field. • Previous experience in restaurant marketing. • Practical experience in photography, videography, and operating production equipment. • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software. • Experience with restaurant platforms such as Grubtech and Foodics. • General understanding of marketing through delivery platforms, particularly Talabat and Keeta. • Strong creative judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver work within deadlines and budgets. • Valid driver’s license.
