Educators at KLC work in a supportive setting that values professional growth and innovative teaching. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Budaiya. The English Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the British Curriculum, using interactive and engaging methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners and families. The teacher will create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and encourages active participation. Additional tasks include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, attending staff meetings and training sessions, and contributing to extracurricular language activities when required. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and general Teaching, with experience working with young learners. • Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills, including the ability to design structured, curriculum-aligned learning activities. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification is preferred. • Experience with British Curriculum or similar international programs is an advantage. • Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and manage groups of children in a positive, respectful manner. • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to participate in professional development and school events.
