Project Manager Civil

Premier Choice International (PCI) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Dubai Head Office and lead large-scale development projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control. • Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company standards. • Provide regular progress reports to senior management. • Represent the company in client meetings and key project decisions. Qualifications & Experience • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in development, contracting, or consultancy, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Minimum 2 years of Dubai experience within the last 3 years in a similar role. • Proven experience independently managing large-scale projects. • Strong knowledge of construction processes and the project lifecycle. • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is mandatory. • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems. • PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
