Senior Planning Engineer – Outdoor Construction Department: Projects / Project Controls Reports To: Project Manager / Project Controls Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Experience Required: 8–12+ years Job Purpose The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and controlling the project programme for outdoor construction works. The role covers landscape, hardscape, infrastructure, utilities, irrigation, water features, external works, and associated civil and architectural activities. • The position requires strong coordination with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, subcontractors, and client/consultant teams to ensure that project activities are properly planned, resources are optimized, delays are identified early, and corrective actions are implemented. Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked for main contractors or major landscape/infrastructure contractors and have personally managed planning for projects involving multiple outdoor disciplines. The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending time on site, verifying actual progress and productivity rather than relying exclusively on reports from construction teams.
