Major Developments
Role Overview The Graphic Designer will be helping transform creative concepts and visual direction into exceptional work across all Major Developments projects and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a designer who can take a creative direction, understand the vision behind it, and independently develop it into polished, high-quality work across multiple formats and channels. You will work across branding, brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, social media, outdoor advertising, sales collateral, events, gifting, CGI, motion and AI-powered visual production. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Collateral • Design and produce brochures, presentations, investment decks, fact sheets, sales tools, advertising creatives, social media content, website visuals and email assets. • Develop property-specific materials including floor plans, masterplans, price lists, payment plans and project presentations. • Translate complex real estate information into clear, premium and visually compelling communication. • Create multiple formats and adaptations from approved campaign concepts. • Maintain consistency across large volumes of marketing collateral. Branding & Project Identities • Develop visual identities for new real estate projects and sub-brands. • Develop logos, typography systems, graphic elements, layouts, visual assets and brand applications. • Take approved brand concepts and develop them into practical design systems. • Apply project identities consistently across digital, print, outdoor, sales and event materials. • Develop and maintain templates and design systems for ongoing use. Creative Development & Execution • Work closely with the Marketing head to develop concepts from initial direction to final execution. • Create mood boards, visual references, layouts and design explorations. • Take a selected creative direction and develop it into a complete set of campaign assets. • Explore different visual approaches and present options when appropriate. • Adapt creative concepts across different formats without losing the original idea. • Maintain a high level of visual quality even under tight deadlines. • Be proactive in identifying ways to improve creative output rather than simply following instructions. CGI & Visual Production • Work closely with the Marketing head and CGI artists to develop high-quality project visuals. • Integrate architectural renders, 3D assets and CGI into marketing materials. • Provide visual references and direction for CGI production. • Support the development of compositions, environments, materials, lighting references and visual treatments. • Retouch and enhance CGI renders for final marketing use. • Develop composites combining CGI, photography, graphic elements and generated imagery. • Organise and maintain project visual assets, renders, textures and source files. • Experience with 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or similar tools is a strong advantage. Motion & Animation • Create motion graphics and animations for social media, digital advertising, presentations and campaigns. • Animate static campaign concepts and graphic elements. • Support the development of short-form video content. • Work with videographers, editors and CGI artists to create cohesive visual content. • Develop simple camera movement, transitions and visual storytelling where required. • Support architectural animation and cinematic content where appropriate. • Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is strongly preferred. AI & Emerging Creative Technologies • Use AI tools for visual ideation, concept development and mood boarding. • Generate and refine visual concepts, environments, backgrounds and creative assets. • Use AI for image enhancement, retouching, compositing and creative variations. • Explore AI-assisted image and video generation. • Integrate AI-generated elements into professional design workflows. • Experiment with emerging tools for faster and more efficient production. • Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows that can improve the team's output. • Maintain strong creative judgement and quality control over AI-generated Digital & Social • Adapt campaign concepts for Instagram, LinkedIn, digital advertising, websites and other digital channels. • Create social media assets, carousels, stories, reels and digital advertising creatives. • Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints. • Optimise designs for different platforms, formats and screen sizes. • Develop variations and adaptations quickly while maintaining quality. Gifting & Branded Experiences • Design premium gifting concepts, packaging and branded merchandise. • Develop visual concepts for VIP, investor, partner and client gifts. • Design event materials, signage, invitations, menus, displays and branded environments. • Ensure physical brand experiences reflect the same creative quality as digital and printed materials. Production & Artwork • Prepare accurate print-ready and production-ready artwork. • Work with printers, fabricators and production suppliers. • Manage bleeds, colour profiles, finishes, materials and large-format specifications. • Check proofs and final production samples. • Ensure artwork is technically correct before production. • Maintain organised source files and asset libraries. • Ensure final production matches the approved creative direction. Collaboration • Work closely with Head of Marketing, marketing team, copywriters, CGI artists, photographers, videographers, social media specialists and external suppliers. • Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions. • Communicate clearly and professionally with both creative and non-creative stakeholders. • Receive feedback positively and refine work quickly. • Ask questions when clarification is required but also use judgement to move work forward independently. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field. • 6-7 years of professional graphic design experience. • Experience within real estate development, architecture, luxury, hospitality, fashion or another premium sector is strongly preferred. • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong design quality and visual taste. • Expert knowledge of: o Photoshop o Illustrator o InDesign • Strong working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is highly desirable. • Experience working with architectural CGI and renders. • Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, layout and visual storytelling. • Strong knowledge of print and digital production. • Experience preparing artwork for print, OOH, large-format and physical production. • Experience designing presentations and sales materials. • Exp
