Site Engineer – Retail / Commercial Fit-Out

We’re Hiring |We’re Hiring | Site Engineer – Retail / Commercial Fit-Out Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month Benefits: Company Car + Fuel + Salik Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Retail / F&B / Commercial Projects We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to manage and supervise retail, commercial, and F&B fit-out projects across the UAE. The role requires strong site execution, coordination, quality control, and project-management capability. Key Responsibilities • Execute architectural and MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Supervise daily site activities and verify dimensions, levels, measurements, and workmanship. • Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, security, and site standards. • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and mall management. • Maintain site documentation including permits, day-work records, material inventory, and progress reports. • Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed in line with approved drawings and specifications. • Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues. • Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Joinery teams, and other project stakeholders. • Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and milestones. • Ensure timely completion of works and escalate delays or critical issues where required. • Support smooth project execution from site mobilization through completion and handover. Candidate Requirements • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE commercial / retail fit-out experience. • Experience in Retail and F&B fit-out projects preferred. • Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out works and basic MEP coordination. • Experience coordinating joinery, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. • Good understanding of drawings, measurements, specifications, and project schedules. • Strong site supervision and problem-solving capability. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Flexible to work different working hours depending on project requirements. • UAE Driving Licence – mandatory. • English required; Hindi preferred.
