Job Opening: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Landscaping Expereince Industry: Landscape & Infrastructure / External Works Construction We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, external works, and landscaping projects to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects across multiple sites. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • Master’s Degree in Project Management / Construction Management (added advantage) Technical & Professional Skills & Experience 1. Experience: 10+ years in construction with minimum 5+ years as Project Manager on infrastructure, external works, and landscaping projects 2. Strong experience in managing full project lifecycle — planning to handover 3. Proven track record in delivering landscape & infrastructure projects on time and within budget 4. Deep knowledge of external works, utilities, roads, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems 5. Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management 6. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams 7. Experience in contract administration and consultant/client coordination 8. Strong control over project budgets, variations, and change management 9. Experience in authority approvals and inspections (UAE preferred) 10. Ability to review drawings, specifications, and method statements 11. Strong coordination with QS, procurement, engineering, and HSE teams 12. Experience in risk management and mitigation planning 13. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage) 1. PMP (Project Management Professional) 2. RICS (added advantage) 4. Certifications in HSE / Quality Management (preferred) Soft Skills 1. Strong leadership and team management abilities 2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability 4. High level of commercial and contractual awareness 5. Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams 6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills 7. Ability to manage multiple sites and tight deadlines 8. Oversee and manage multiple infrastructure, external works, and landscaping construction projects from planning through handover. Lead full project lifecycle including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, procurement coordination, subcontractor management, and contractor/client coordination. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE standards and authority requirements. Review drawings, specifications, and method statements; manage risk, variations, and change management. Coordinate with QS, procurement, engineering, and HSE teams; monitor quality and safety; communicate with stakeholders and manage cross-functional, multicultural teams to meet deadlines.
