Business Development Manager

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Business Development to join our Rehabilitation Hospital team in the UAE. Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development role in the UAE • Healthcare industry experience is mandatory • Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, healthcare services, or related sectors will be preferred • Strong understanding of business development, referral networks, and healthcare partnerships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Strong market knowledge and a results-oriented approach Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement business development strategies for the Rehabilitation Hospital • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, corporates, and other key stakeholders. • Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities • Support patient referral growth and strengthen the hospital's market presence • Monitor market trends and competitor activities • Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve organizational objectives If you have the required UAE healthcare experience and are passionate about growing healthcare services, we would like to hear from you.
