Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property transaction process, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, and providing informed guidance on market conditions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing documentation, negotiating offers, and coordinating with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the RAK real estate market, building long-term client relationships, and delivering professional, transparent service. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the J and H Properties FZ-LLC team to meet sales targets and uphold the company’s standards of trust, experience, and value. Qualifications • Experience in Real Estate transactions, including residential and investment properties in Ras Al Khaimah or the broader UAE market. • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. • Good knowledge of local market trends, property valuation, and comparable analysis. • Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software. • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property viewings and client meetings. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an advantage. • Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or related sales role is preferred.
