Customer Care / Receptionist

Trusta Medical Center is looking for a professional, friendly, and patient-focused Customer Care Executive / Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare administration. Key Responsibilities • Welcome patients and provide a professional front-desk experience. • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries. • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments. • Provide accurate information about doctors, treatments, services, and clinic offers. • Follow up with new inquiries and support appointment conversion. • Register patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic system. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other departments. • Manage patient concerns professionally and respectfully. • Handle payments, invoices, and basic daily reception reports. • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies. • Keep the reception area organized and presentable. • Support patient retention through reminders and follow-up communication. Requirements • Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE. • Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a medical center. • Experience in an aesthetic or healthcare clinic is a strong advantage. • Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic. • French or Russian language skills are an advantage. • Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance. • Friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong appointment-booking and customer-service abilities. • Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow-ups. • Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask. • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced clinic. • Good computer and administrative skills. • Full-time, on-site availability.
