Junior Business Development Manager (F&B & Retail)

We're hiring — Junior Business Development Manager (F&B & Retail) at SoukPay 🤝 SoukPay is a Dubai-based fintech building the payments and merchant rewards layer for how people shop across the UAE. We're growing our merchant network across Dubai and looking for a motivated, on-the-ground BDM to help us acquire outlets in Bur Dubai — F&B and retail specifically. What you'd be doing: → Visiting F&B and retail outlets across Bur Dubai to pitch and onboard merchants onto the SoukPay Rewards platform → Managing the full sales cycle — from first visit to signed, active, transacting merchant → Building relationships with outlet owners and managers to grow SoukPay's presence in the area → Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of every lead and merchant in our CRM → Representing SoukPay professionally at every outlet visit and follow-up What we're looking for: → Some sales or business development experience — F&B, retail, FMCG, or similar outlet-facing background is a plus, but we're open to motivated candidates early in their career → Comfortable knocking on doors and pitching face-to-face — this is an on-the-ground, outlet-visiting role → Good working knowledge of the Bur Dubai area and its F&B/retail scene is a strong plus → Self-directed, reliable, and target-driven — you'll be out in the field independently most days → Clear communicator, confident approaching business owners → Arabic or Hindi/Urdu language skills are a plus given the merchant mix in the area What we offer: → Full-time role, based in Dubai → Base salary plus attractive per-merchant onboarding commission — the more outlets you bring on, the more you earn → A real opportunity to grow into a larger BDM role as you prove yourself → Hands-on experience working directly with the founders in a fast-growing fintech → DIFC benefits, DEWS, medical insurance Interested?
