Main Duties: • Teach arts to students across various grade levels, ensuring lessons are well-planned, engaging, and aligned with the curriculum. • Provide instruction in arts theory and performing and visual arts techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpting. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate, create, and express themselves. • Develop and implement hands-on projects, performances, and exhibitions that inspire students to explore their artistic creativity in arts. • Guide students in the development of their artistic skills, providing constructive feedback to support their individual progress. • Provide individualized instruction to students, addressing their unique strengths and areas for improvement in arts. • Incorporate global artistic traditions, cultural expressions, and historical context into lessons to broaden students’ understanding and appreciation of the arts. • Promote a diverse perspective on the arts, encouraging students to explore a variety of styles and traditions in arts and visual and performing arts.
