A leading Project / Construction & Infrastructure Company in Dubai is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team. Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Legal Counsel Emirati Professionals Key Responsibilities • Support legal matters relating to contracts, tenders, corporate governance, and dispute management. • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, agreements, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence as required. • Collaborate with various departments on cross-functional projects and business initiatives. • Provide legal support to align legal strategy with business and operational requirements. • Assist in identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks. Ideal Candidate • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional legal qualifications are an advantage. • Fresher / Final Year Graduates • Strong Knowledge of commercial contracts, tenders, corporate governance, and legal documentation. • Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and departments. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
