Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, transportation, and logistics documentation, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate local and international shipments from order confirmation to delivery. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, couriers, and customs agents. • Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documents. • Track shipments and follow up on deliveries, customs clearance, and pending issues. • Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for stock, loading, and dispatch schedules. • Arrange transportation and delivery schedules based on customer requirements. • Maintain accurate shipment records, PODs, and logistics documentation. • Obtain freight and transportation quotations when required. • Handle shipment delays, shortages, damages, and documentation issues. • Prepare basic logistics and shipment reports. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding. • Good knowledge of import/export and shipping documentation. • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. • UAE experience is preferred.
