Forsa Properties is an established international real estate brokerage with operations across the UAE, Europe, and Africa, Dubai, Amsterdam, Spain, and Morocco today, with Germany and Ghana launching soon. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team in Dubai and help shape how our brand shows up across every property, campaign, and client touchpoint. About the Role As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative force behind the visual content that brings our listings, campaigns, and brand to life — from property brochures and floor plans to social media creatives and investor presentation decks. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to produce polished, on-brand visuals across digital and print, for a portfolio spanning luxury off-plan developments to high-value secondary market properties. What You'll Do • Design property brochures, listing sheets, and portfolio presentations for off-plan and secondary market properties • Create engaging social media creatives and campaign assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Design digital ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and portal-boosted placements • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, from email templates to investor pitch decks • Produce signage, banners, and print materials for roadshows, exhibitions, and open-house events • Ensure all property advertisements meet Trakheesi/RERA compliance requirements What We're Looking For • 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within real estate, property marketing, or a related creative industry in the UAE • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus • A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and brand design • Comfortable managing multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with RERA/DLD advertising requirements (Trakheesi, Madmoun) is an advantage, not a requirement Why Forsa Properties • Join an established, fast-growing international brokerage with a presence across the UAE, Europe, and Africa • Work on a diverse portfolio spanning luxury developments across multiple international markets • Be part of a collaborative Marketing & Creative team where your work has direct, visible impact • Based in our Dubai office, at the center of one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets Show more Show less
