Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Fcy Cashier. The Fcy Cashier will be responsible for handling foreign currency exchanges, processing money transfers, and ensuring compliant transactions with WPS services. Daily tasks include verifying customer identification, counting and disbursing cash, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and accuracy is paramount. Qualifications • Experience in cash handling, including foreign currency exchange • Knowledge of money transfer procedures and WPS services • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries • Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or equivalent Show more Show less
