Mid-level Architect

About The Role Key Requirements • 5–7 years’ experience in architecture, with at least 3 years working on projects in the UAE. * A strong design eye and conceptual approach, supported by proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop and Enscape/V-Ray. * Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM, including the ability to develop models, produce drawing packages and coordinate effectively with BIM teams. * Confident handling technical and multidisciplinary coordination, particularly across architectural, MEP and structural requirements. * Previous involvement in fast-paced, fast-track projects, with experience in high-rise and/or commercial developments. * Familiarity with UAE building regulations and local authority submission and approval requirements.
